Need to Know

Weather: OneGoal OneDream reserves the right to cancel a delivery due to inclement weather such as 15-20+mph sustained winds, 50% or higher chance of rain, and temperatures below 40 degrees. We cannot set up in high winds or rain due to the risk of injury. Inflatable units must never be used when wet inside or when winds exceed 20 mph. We will call you the day prior to the event to discuss options.

Delivery times: Our delivery times are scheduled to arrive 45 minutes early to set up. We strive to always have our equipment set up at least 30 minutes prior to the party or event time.

Set up: Customer is responsible for power. OneGoal OneDream, is not responsible for problems related to power issues. Our blower will typically need a 20-amp circuit. We will supply a 50 foot extension cord.

Attention: Set up locations must be easily accessible from the delivery truck. We cannot go up hills or stairs. We do all of the heavy lifting but it is the responsibility of the customer to measure the area to ensure there is adequate space for the unit.

The area must be flat and free of debris and sharp objects.

Rental issues: All issues must be reported during the time of your rental. Please contact us by phone, email, or Facebook messenger.

Refunds: We ONLY provide refunds of your deposit if cancellation takes place 5 days prior to your event.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of delivery or anytime before your scheduled event.

Cancellation: We require 5 days notice prior to the event or party
